First, please check the availability of the cottage you'd like to reserve. Also, for your convenience we now have our Daily Guest Reservation & Lease Agreement and Information and our Weekly Guest Reservation & Lease Agreement and Information documents online. You will be required to complete, sign and return the appropriate document along with the rental deposit before your reservation is considered complete.

For all weekly rentals, half of total rent is required for a down payment, plus a $300 security deposit. Balance is due 60 days in advance for repeat renters and upon arrival for first time renters. Weekly rates are adjustable for multiple week requests. A full return of deposit will be provided for all units subsequently rented. (Every effort will be made through our relationships with the Ephraim and Door County Chambers and our web site alliances, to re-rent any cancelled unit.) Rates are effective November 2009 through October 2010 and subject to change from time to time, based on market conditions, by Parks Edge Cottages, Inc.
